MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Korean Salad Categories: Korean, Salad Yield: 6 Servings 1 lg Bok choy -OR- 4 Shanghai bok choys 1/2 c Slivered almonds 1/2 c Sunflower seeds 3 Pkg ramen; noodles only, - crumbled 1/4 c Butter; melted MMMMM--------------------------DRESSING------------------------------- 3 tb Soy sauce 1/4 c Vinegar 1/2 c Sugar 1/2 c Salad oil Preheat oven to 400°F. Chop bok choy and set aside. Combine almonds, sunflower seeds, ramen, and butter and bake 10 minutes or until golden brown, stirring often. Let cool.
