Immediately remove from heat and let cool. Separately beat together the whole eggs and the egg yolks. Beat into the tepid milk, and then bring the mixture slowly to the boil, but do not let boil. Caramelize 150 g sugar, being careful not to get it burned, and then pour into the bottom of a mold. Pour the custard into the mold and put it in a water bath in the oven, cooking 2 hours at 120°C/250°F. Remove and let cool. At serving time, upend the dessert on a serving dish.
