      Title: Zucchini And Yogurt

      Yield: 4 Servings
 
      3 md Zucchini; sliced 1/4"
    1/2 c  Olive oil
    1/4 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Black pepper
      8 oz Plain yogurt
    1/2 ts Green onion or chives
 
  Sauté zucchini rounds in oil. Drain and season. Arrange on plates.
  Combine remaining ingredients and spoon over zucchini.
