      Title: Sinful Christmas Cookies

      Yield: 1 Batch
 
      1 c  Butter
    1/2 c  Almonds; finely chopped
      2    Eggs
      1 oz Bourbon
      2 c  Sugar
      1 ts Baking soda
      1 ts Salt
      5 tb Cocoa; (SL preferred
           -Droste's); or less
  2 1/2 c  Flour
      2 ts Almond extract
 
  Make sure you mix the ingredients together well; otherwise, several
  of the cookies will have a very strong taste.
  
  Refrigerate the mixture overnight. Drop in rounded balls on cookie
  sheet. If you indent them in the center, you can put in sprinkles or
  other decorations. They can also be rolled out thin on a floured
  board and cut with a cookie cutter but the batter warms up quickly.
  
  Bake on a well-greased cookie sheet for 8 to 10 minutes at 375°F. If
  you smell them cooking, they are done.
