* Exported from MasterCook * Sour Cream Coffee Cake Recipe By : Kraft website Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Breads Breakfast Posted Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 Cups POST Blueberry Morning Cereal slightly -- crushed* 1 Teaspoon ground cinnamon 2 Tablespoons margarine melted 2 Cups flour 1 Teaspoon baking soda 1/2 Teaspoon CALUMET Baking Powder 1/2 Teaspoon salt 1/2 Cup margarine softened 1 Cup BREYER'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream 1 Cup sugar 2 eggs 1/2 Teaspoon vanilla HEAT oven to 350°F. MIX cereal, cinnamon and 2 tablespoons melted margarine in small bowl; set aside. Mix flour, soda, baking powder and salt in another small bowl. BEAT 1/2 cup margarine in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed to soften. Gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla. Add flour mixture alternately with sour cream, beating after each addition until smooth. Pour 1/2 of the batter into 9-inch square pan which has been sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Top with 1/2 of the cereal mixture. Repeat layers.
