      Title: Potato Chip Coffee Cake

      Yield: 1 Cake
 
  1 1/4 c  Flour; sifted
    1/4 ts Salt
      2 ts Baking powder
      1    Egg; well beaten
    2/3 c  Sugar
    2/3 c  Milk
      3 tb Shortening; melted

MMMMM--------------------------TOPPING-------------------------------
    1/3 c  Light brown sugar
      3 tb Flour
    1/2 ts Cinnamon
      1 tb Butter; melted
    1/2 c  Potato chips; crushed
 
  Sift flour, measure; add salt and baking powder and sift together.
  Combine egg, sugar, milk, and shortening. Add flour and mix well.
  Pour batter in a lightly greased 8" square pan.
  
  Make the topping by mixing brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and melted
  butter. Add crushed chips. Sprinkle topping over batter. Bake at
  375°F for 30 minutes. Serve warm.
