MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.04 Title: Sour Cream Coffee Cake Categories: Desserts, Breakfast Yield: 6 Servings 1/2 c Butter; plus 1/2 c Shortening; combined 4 Eggs; beaten 4 c Flour 1 tb Baking powder 1 tb Baking soda 1 t Salt 1/2 tb Vanilla 2 c jour cream Cinnamon Mixture 1/2 c Dark brown sugar 1/2 c White sugar 1 t Cocoa 1 tb Cinnamon 1/2 c Pecans or walnuts; chopped Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour angel cake pan or other large ring type pan. Cream the butter, shortening, and sugar. Add eggs; beat until light and fluffy. Add dry ingredients alternately with sour cream. Add vanilla. Beat after each addition. Put half of the batter in tube pan and sprinkle half of the cinnamon mixture on top. Add remaining batter and sprinkle the rest of the cinnamon mixture on top. Bake 45 minutes or more. Test for doneness. MMMMM
