MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Eggs Benedict Bubble-Up Bake Categories: Breads, Pork, Dairy, Sauces Yield: 4 Servings 16 1/3 oz Tube Pillsbury Grands! - Southern Homestyle - refrigerated Southern - Recipe biscuits (8 pucks) 8 oz Canadian bacon; thin sliced, - chopped 8 lg Eggs 2 c Milk 1 1/4 oz Pkg hollandaise sauce mix Fresh chives; chopped - (optional) Heat oven to 350°F/175°C. Spray 13x9" (3 qt) glass baking dish or 3 qt casserole with cooking spray. Separate 1 can refrigerated Southern Recipe biscuits into 8 biscuits. Cut each biscuit into 8 pieces; place in baking dish. Add 8 oz thinly sliced Canadian bacon, chopped; mix gently with biscuit pieces. In medium bowl, beat 8 eggs and 2 cups milk with whisk until well blended. Pour over biscuit mixture. Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until biscuits are puffed and knife inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from oven. Meanwhile, make 1 package hollandaise sauce mix as directed on package.
