MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Zucchini Au Gratin Categories: Zucchini Yield: 6 Servings 2 md Zucchini 2 tb Margarine 1/4 c Dry bread crumbs 1/2 cn Condensed cream of mushroom - soup 1/3 c Cheddar or American cheese; - shredded 1 tb Onion; minced Salt & pepper Cut zucchini lengthwise into slices 1/4" thick. Melt 1 tb margarine in a skillet; stir in bread crumbs; toast and set aside. Melt remaining margarine and sauté sliced squash for 3 to 5 minutes.
