  28      oz            Can diced tomatoes --
                        - with liquid
  16      oz            Sauerkraut -- rinsed and drain
   1 1/2  c             Cooked rice
   1      md            Green pepper -- chopped

In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onion; drain.  Add remaining
ingredients; transfer to a 2 qt baking dish. Cover and bake at 350°F
for 1 hour.
