MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Zucchini Cheese Casserole Categories: Casseroles, Zucchini Yield: 2 Servings 1/2 c Swiss cheese; grated 1/3 c Cheddar cheese; grated 2 Eggs; beaten 1 ts Basil Salt & pepper 1 1/2 c Zucchini; up to 2 c, chopped 1/4 c Onion; chopped Buttered bread crumbs Add cheeses to eggs and seasonings. Steam zucchini and onion until soft; drain and mash. Combine with egg mixture in a 1 qt greased casserole dish. Bake for 30 minutes at 325°F.
