MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Oktoberfest Casserole Categories: Cheese, Dairy, Potatoes, Vegetables, Pork Yield: 12 servings 21 oz Cheddar cheese soup - (2 cans); undiluted 1 c Chicken broth 1 c Sour cream 32 oz Bag diced hash brown - potatoes; thawed 14 oz Can sauerkraut; rinsed, well - drained 2 c Cheddar cheese; shredded 14 oz Pkg fully cooked bratwurst - links; chopped 2 c Pretzel pieces Set oven @ 350°F/175°C. In a large bowl, whisk soup, beer and sour cream until combined. Stir in potatoes, sauerkraut, cheese and chopped bratwurst. Transfer to a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Cover and bake for 45 minutes. Uncover; bake 30 minutes. Top with pretzel pieces. Bake until bubbly and heated through, 12-15 minutes longer. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
