MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Tater Topped Casserole Categories: Beef, Vegetables, Cheese, Potatoes Yield: 6 Servings 1 lb Lean ground beef 1/2 c Onion; chopped 1/3 c Celery; sliced 1/2 ts Salt 1/4 ts Pepper 10 3/4 oz Can cream of celery soup; - undiluted 16 oz Pkg frozen tater tots 1 c Cheddar cheese; shredded Fresh parsley or chives; - chopped (optional) Set oven @ 400°F/205°C. In a large skillet, cook the beef, onion and celery until the meat is no longer pink and the vegetables are tender; drain. Stir in salt and pepper. Spoon mixture into a greased 3 qt baking dish. Spread with soup. Top with frozen potatoes. Bake for 40 minutes or until bubbly. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. If desired, top with parsley or chives.
