                Orlando's Sicilian Baked Sausage (GSCF27A)

   1                    Red bell pepper -- julienned
   1                    Green bell pepper -- julienned
   1 1/2  lb            Italian sausage --
                        - cut into 2" pieces
   2                    Onions -- sliced
   2      md            potatoes -- diced in
   2      tb            Dried basil
                        Salt and pepper -- to taste
  28      oz            Can diced tomatoes (3 c) --
                        - with juice

Combine all ingredients in large covered casserole and bake in a
350°F oven for 1-1/2 hours. Do not add any water. I use the hot
sausage.
