                             Cocktail Quiche

     1/2  c             Mayonnaise
   2      tb            Flour
   2                    Eggs -- beaten
     1/2  c             Milk
   1                    Pie shell (9")
   1                    Can crab meat
   1                    Can shrimp
   8      oz            Swiss cheese (8 oz)
     1/4  c             Green onions -- chopped

Mix together mayonnaise, flour, eggs, and milk. Add remaining
ingredients. Pour into partially cooked frozen pie shell. Bake at
350°F for 45 minutes or until golden.
