                      Double Crusted Spinach Quiche

   1      ts            Salt
   1      ts            Baking powder
   1      c             Crisco
   1 1/3  c             Water
                        Quiche:
   6                    Eggs
   5                    Boxes frozen spinach
   1      lb            Feta cheese
   3      bn            Scallions
   1      lb            Pot cheese
   1      ts            Salt
   1      ts            Garlic powder
   1      ts            Olive oil

Divide crust batter into 2 sections. Line a 9x11" pan. Mix together
filling and pour in. Cover with top crust. Bake at 350°F until crust
is light brown.
