                   Hidden Valley Ranch Quiche Lorraine

   1                    Pie shell (8")
   1      c             Swiss or Cheddar cheese --
                        - grated
   3      lg            eggs
     1/2  c             sour cream
     1/2  pkg           Hidden Valley milk recipe
                        original ranch salad dressing mix
   1      sl            Bacon -- up to 2 sl, cooked,
                        - crumbled
   1      sl            Ham -- cut into small chunks
                        Green pepper & onion -- chopped
                        (optional)

Preheat oven to 400°F. Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese into pie crust. Whisk
eggs. Add other ingredients including the remaining 1/2 cup of
cheese. Mix well. Place in pie shell. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce oven to
350°F and bake 15 to 20 minutes longer, until center is set.
