* Exported from MasterCook * Chicken Tetrazzini Bake Recipe By : Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Poultry Pasta Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1/2 c Onions -- sliced 1/4 c Butter 1/4 c Flour 1/2 ts Salt 1/2 ts Ground sage 1/4 ts Pepper 2 c Chicken broth 1 c Milk 4 1/2 oz Jar sliced mushrooms -- drained 3 c Chicken or turkey -- - cooked, cubed 1/2 c Fresh parsley -- chopped 1/3 c Parmesan cheese -- grated 7 oz Pkg spaghetti -- - cooked & drained 2 oz Jar diced pimiento -- drained 1/2 c Swiss cheese (2 oz) -- shredded In large saucepan over medium heat, cook onions in butter until tender. Stir in flour, salt, sage, and pepper; cook until bubbly. Stir in broth, milk, and mushrooms. Cook and stir until mixture boils and is slightly thickened. Stir in remaining ingredients except Swiss cheese. Spoon into ungreased 12x8" (2 qt) baking dish; sprinkle with Swiss cheese.
