* Exported from MasterCook * Tarragon Chicken Recipe By : Cynthia Ewer Serving Size : 3 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Chicken Freezer Meals Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 3 Chicken breast halves -- - without skin 3 sm Zucchini 4 oz Small mushrooms 3 Carrots 1/2 ts Paprika 1/4 c butter -- melted 1 tb Lemon juice 1 ts Dried tarragon 1/2 ts Salt 1/8 ts Pepper 1 qt Freezer bag Skin chicken breasts; place in ziploc freezer bag. Freeze. Bundle with: frozen vegetables. To Prepare: Thaw chicken breasts completely before cooking. Arrange chicken, meaty sides up, in ungreased rectangular 13x9x2" baking dish; sprinkle with paprika. Place zucchini (cut in halves then in 2" pieces), carrots (cut in 1/4" slices) and mushrooms around and over chicken. Mix remaining ingredients; drizzle over chicken and vegetables.
