      Title: Buttery Parmesan Chicken
 Categories: Five, Poultry, Cheese, Breads
      Yield: 6 servings
 
      1 c  Parmesan cheese; grated
      2 c  Soft bread crumbs
    1/2 c  Butter; melted
      6    Chicken breast halves;
           (6 oz ea) boned, skinned
    1/2 c  Dijon, yellow or
           - country-style mustard
 
  Combine cheese, bread crumbs and butter. Coat chicken
  breasts with mustard, then dip into crumb mixture. Place
  breaded chicken in a 13x9" baking pan. Bake at 425°F
  until a thermometer inserted in chicken reads 165°F,
  about 15 minutes.
