MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Breaded Ranch Chicken
 Categories: Five, Poultry, Cheese, Grains
      Yield: 8 Servings

    1/4 c  Unsalted butter; melted
    3/4 c  Cornflakes; crushed
    3/4 c  Parmesan cheese; grated
      1 oz Env ranch salad dressing
           - mix
      8    Chicken breast halves
           - (4 oz ea); boned, skinned

  Set oven @ 350°F/175°C.

  Place butter in a shallow bowl. In another shallow bowl, combine
  the cornflakes, cheese, and salad dressing mix. Dip chicken in
  butter, then roll in cornflake mixture to coat.

  Place in a greased 13x9" baking dish.

  Bake, uncovered, about 45 minutes.
