MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Baked Salsa Chicken
 Categories: Five, Poultry, Cheese, Salsa
      Yield: 2 Servings

      2    Chicken breast halves
           - (5 oz ea); boned, skinned
    1/8 ts Salt
    1/3 c  Salsa
      2 tb Taco sauce
    1/3 c  Shredded Mexican cheese
           - blend
           Lime wedges (optional)
           Avocado; sliced (optional)

  Place chicken in a shallow 2 qt baking dish coated with cooking
  spray. Sprinkle with salt. Combine salsa and taco sauce; drizzle
  over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese.

  Cover and bake @ 350°F/175°C for 25 to 30 minutes. If desired,
  serve with lime wedges and sliced avocado.
