* Exported from MasterCook * Lowfat Turkey Or Chicken Tetrazzini Recipe By : Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Poultry Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 tb Butter 1/4 c Flour 1/2 ts Salt 1/4 ts Ground pepper 1 c Chicken broth -OR- 1 Bouillon cube -- plus: 1 c Water 1 c Nonfat-skimmed evaporated milk 2 tb Sherry 7 oz Spaghetti -- cooked and drained 2 c Chicken or turkey -- - cooked, cubed 3 oz Can sliced mushrooms -- drained 1/2 c Parmesan cheese -- grated Preheat oven to 350°F. In large saucepan over low heat, melt butter. Blend in flour and seasonings. Cook, stirring constantly until smooth and bubbly. Remove from heat. Stir in broth and evaporated milk. Heat to boil, stirring constantly. Boil and stir for 1 minute. Stir in wine, cooked chicken or turkey, drained mushrooms. Pour all into a 2 qt casserole dish. Sprinkle top with cheese.
