Jehane Benoit Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Lobster Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 1/2 c Lobster meat 1 c Soft bread crumbs 1 c Top milk or thin cream 1 Egg -- well beaten 2 tb Butter -- melted 1/2 ts Prepared mustard 1 ts Lemon juice Onion juice -- to taste 1/2 ts Salt Pepper -- if desired Crumbs -- for topping Canned lobster may be substituted for the lobster meat.
