MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Roasted Salmon With Lemon Dill Sauce Categories: Seafood, Citrus, Herbs, Sauces Yield: 4 Servings 1 1/2 lb Fresh-frozen salmon fillets 1 tb Lemon juice 1/8 ts Coarse sea salt 1 pn Black pepper 3/4 c Plain yogurt 2 ts Lemon juice 2 tb Dill, chopped 1 cl Garlic, finely chopped Set the oven @ 425°F/218°C. Lightly oil a roasting pan, or line a heavy baking sheet with foil. Add the salmon to the prepared pan and season with a 1 tb lemon juice, sea salt, and ground black pepper. Roast the salmon in the preheated oven just until it is opaque in the center -- about 10 to 15 minutes depending upon the thickness of the fish. While the salmon is roasting, make the sauce: whisk together the yogurt, 2 ts lemon juice, dill weed, and fresh garlic. Serve with the salmon.
