MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Hoisin & Honey Glazed Salmon Categories: Seafood, Vegetables, Herbs, Wine Yield: 4 servings 1/2 c Balsamic vinegar 2 tb White wine 2 tb Dijon mustard 2 tb Honey 5 cl Garlic; minced 1 tb Olive oil 8 Salmon fillets (6 oz ea) 1/2 ts Salt 1/2 ts Pepper 1 tb Fresh oregano; minced Combine the first 6 ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 4-5 minutes or until thickened. Place salmon skin side down on a greased 15x10x1" baking pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spoon glaze over salmon; top with oregano. Bake, uncovered, @ 400°F/205°C until fish flakes easily with a fork, 12-15 minutes.
