* Exported from MasterCook * Tuna With Biscuits Recipe By : Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Ww Seafood Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1/2 c Onion -- chopped 2 tb Reduced calorie margarine 6 tb Flour 2 ts Instant chicken bouillion - granules 1/4 ts Salt 1/4 ts Dried thyme 1/8 ts Pepper 2 c Skim or 1% milk 1 1/2 c Water 13 oz Canned tuna -- drained, flaked 2 c Frozen peas and carrots 3 tb Parsley 1 Pkg refrigerator biscuits (8) Cook onion in margarine until tender but not brown. Stir in flour, buillion granules, salt, thyme, and pepper. Add milk and water. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly. Stir in fish and cooked vegetables and parsley. Heat until bubbly. Immediately pour into a 1-1/2 to 2 qt casserole dish. Place biscuits on top and bake in a 400°F oven about 10 to 12 minutes.
