                     Pork Cheese Spaghetti (GWHP32A)

   1      lb            Pork chops -- boned, diced
   1      tb            Fat
   1                    Onion -- chopped
     1/2  c             Celery -- diced
   1      lb            Can tomatoes (1 c)
   1      tb            Soy sauce
   1      tb            Worcestershire sauce
     1/2  ts            Sugar
     1/4  ts            Pepper
   1 1/2  ts            Salt
   8      oz            Spaghetti
   1      c             Cheddar cheese -- shredded

Use end cut pork chops. Meat should total 1 lb.

Brown pork in the fat. Add onion and celery and cook 5 minutes. Add
remaining ingredients, except spaghetti and cheese and simmer
30 minutes. Cook and drain spaghetti. Combine meat mixture with
spaghetti in 2 qt casserole dish. Mix well and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake in moderate oven (350°F) for 30 minutes.
