                     Mellow Macaroni And Cheese

     1/4   c            Butter
     3/4   c            Onion -- chopped
     1/4   c            Flour
   1       c            Milk
   1       ts           Worcestershire sauce
                        Salt and pepper
   8       oz           Cheddar (2 c) -- grated
   8       oz           Macaroni -- cooked, cooled
   1       c            Sour cream
     1/4   c            Seasoned bread crumbs

  Preparation time: 30 minutes
  Cooking time: 30 minutes

  Melt butter in large saucepan. Add onion. Saute 3 minutes. Add
  flour. Cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Whisk in milk,
  Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper; cook and stir until
  thickened. Stir in cheddar, cook and stir until melted. Mix in
  macaroni and sour cream. Pour into greased 2 qt casserole; sprinkle
  with bread crumbs. Bake 375°F for 30 minutes.
