* Exported from MasterCook * Vegetable Lasagna Recipe By : Lisa Hunt (NDVN29B) Serving Size : 8 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Low-Cal Vegetables Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 9 Lasagna noodles -- uncooked 1/2 c Mushrooms 2 1/4 c Skim milk 3/4 c Parmesan -- grated 1/4 ts Pepper 3 c Low-fat spaghetti sauce 1/2 c Onion -- diced 1 Pkg Knorr white sauce mix 2 c Fat-free mozzarella; shredded 16 oz Broccoli or zucchini -- thawed 1/4 ts Garlic powder Spray 13x9" pan with cooking spray. Mix white sauce according to package directions. Add onions, mushrooms, broccoli, pepper, and garlic powder. Add this mixture to the white sauce. Layer ingredients as follows: 1 c spaghetti sauce/Ragu, lo-fat 3 noodles, 1/3 of broccoli mixture/zucchini, 1/3 of mozzarella, 1/3 of parmesan. Repeat this twice for three complete layers.
