      Title: Maine Sardine Pizza

      Yield: 6 Servings
 
      1 pk Pizza mix
      8 oz Maine sardines (2 tins)
      3 tb Salad oil
      1 cl Garlic; minced
      8 oz Can tomato sauce
      4    Tomatoes; sliced
      2    Sweet onions; sliced
      2    Green peppers; sliced
      1 tb Parsley; minced
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/8 ts Pepper
      1 ts Oregano
      4 sl Mozzarella cheese
           Parmesan cheese; grated
 
  Prepare dough according to package directions. Pat into 12" pizza
  pan. Drain Maine sardines and mash 2 or 3 with 1 tb salad oil,
  garlic, and tomato sauce. Spread over pizza dough. Arrange tomato
  slices, onion, and green pepper on sauce and top with whole
  sardines. Combine parsley, seasonings, and remaining oil. Drizzle
  over sardines and vegetables. Dot with mozzarella cheese. Bake 30
  to 35 minutes in a hot oven (450°F) until crust is well browned.
  Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
