                            Shrimp 'N' Oysters

   2      pkg           Frozen peeled shrimp (10 to
                        - 12 oz ea) -- slightly thawed
   2                    Cans frozen oysters -- thawed
   2      c             Wild rice
   2                    Cans tomatoes
   2      md            Onions -- chopped
   2      tb            Basil
   2                    Bay leaves
                        Salt and pepper -- to taste
   1      c             Water

Mix all ingredients and place in a buttered casserole. Cover tightly
and bake at 325°F for 1 hour. Cool quickly and freeze. To serve,
place frozen casserole in 325°F oven and bake for 45 to 60 minutes.
