Cut in shortening. Add cold water and work into stiff dough. Refrigerate for 1/2 hour. Then roll to very thin rectangle on top of waxed paper. Spread with a mixture of the deviled ham, mustard and relish. Roll as for jelly roll. Freeze. When ready to serve, slice thin. Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
