                              Spinach Balls

  20       oz           Frozen chopped spinach --
                        - cooked & well-drained
   2       c            Herb stuffing -- from box
     3/4   c            Butter -- melted
     1/2   ts           Thyme
           ds           Pepper
   6                    Eggs -- beaten
     1/4   c            Onion -- finely chopped
   1       cl           Garlic -- minced
   1       c            Parmesan cheese -- grated

  Mix all ingredients and form into 1 ts sized balls. Put on cookie
  sheet and freeze. After frozen, place in a plastic bag and return
  to freezer until the party.
  
  To use, place frozen spinach balls on cookie sheet and bake at
  350°F for 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve with
  toothpicks.
