MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Mary Berry's Rosemary Roasted Almonds Categories: Snacks Yield: 1 Batch 7 oz Blanched almonds (200 g) 2 tb Olive oil 2 ts Sea salt 2 tb Rosemary needles; finely -chopped 1/2 ts Smoked paprika Add the almonds to a wide-based pan, heat over a very high heat and fry for a minute. Add the oil, salt and rosemary then fry until crisp. Remove from the heat and sprinkle in the paprika, toss together and serve.
