MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Pawpaw Pudding Categories: Fruits, Puddings, Dairy, Spices Yield: 12 Servings 1/2 c Butter; melted, - slightly cooled, - more for baking dish 2 c Sugar (400 g) 1 1/2 c A-P flour (190 g) 1 ts Baking powder 1/4 ts Salt 1/2 ts Ground cinnamon 1/4 ts Ground ginger 1/4 ts Ground nutmeg 3 lg Eggs 2 c Pawpaw pulp (454 g); - thawed if frozen * 1 1/2 c Whole milk (355 ml) 1 ts Pure vanilla extract Whipped cream; - slightly sweetened, - for serving Set oven @ 350°F/175°C. Grease a 13x9x2" baking dish. In a large bowl, whisk together sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg. In another large bowl, whisk together eggs and pawpaw pulp until smooth. Whisk in milk and vanilla. Whisk in melted butter. Pour into sugar mixture and stir only until combined. Pour batter into prepared dish. Bake 50 minutes or until just set in the center.
