* Exported from MasterCook * Gaucho's Mushroom Chili Recipe By : Ray Reeb, Restaurant Venezuela, The Chicago Tribune Serving Size : 10 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Chili Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 12 oz Monterey jack -- grated 8 oz Sharp cheddar cheese -- grated 4 oz Green chilies -- chopped 12 oz Oyster mushrooms -- sliced 2 Eggs 1 1/2 tb Half-and-half 1 1/2 ts Flour Heat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 9" square baking pan. Sprinkle half of both cheeses evenly in pan. Layer chilies and mushrooms on the cheese. Top with remaining cheeses.
