This is the first post of (I hope) many to come.

Let me introduce myself. My name is [John Paul Wohlscheid](https://johnpaulwohlscheid.work/). I write detectives stories once in a while, but I spend most of my time [writing about Linux and FOSS topics](https://itsfoss.com/author/john/). I'm also a big fan of static websites.
