-- 1119 Z So, wanted to brag a bit about my running. I got back into the swing of things with running, about a month back after a break of almost a year. Ok, over that year, I went for sporadic runs. Pretty short, and I kept getting slower and slower. Up to 12 min/miles pace. So, over the past few months, back to the every-other-day runs, ramping up pace and distance, gradually. While not back to my pre-break pace, I am on course to break 10 min/miles by sometime in November. I have a goal to be back to ~8:35/min miles by end of January 2019. Lofty goal, since I am going to be fighting weather for that period, but I can do this :)
