Dotfiles Repo

I set up a [tildegit](https://tildegit.org) account and made a
[repo for my dotfiles](https://tildegit.org/zack/dotfiles). This will be especially useful
for my `.vimrc`, where I have a lot of customizations. Using a fresh vim install is always
a bit tricky at first as I remember which parts are builtin and which are my plugins/scripts.
