It's past the time when I normally go to bed, so here are some
scattered thoughts:

- It's December! It's time to change my desktop background to a snowy
  scene and then walk outside in a t-shirt because it's still in the
  upper 70s here.

- I was updating my page and got annoyed at how slow my connection was
  acting, so I switched to mosh and it works so well? Literally just
  `sudo apt install mosh` on my laptop and then `mosh
  cadence@tilde.town`. It also fixed the thing where my terminal just
  completely freezes when I'm inactive for a few minutes. Anyway, I'm
  having a great time now.

- I've started browsing neocities recently. People on there have made
  some really cool pages. I'm a bit too young to have really
  experienced the early web, but I certainly remember what it was like
  before everything became so shiny and centralized. I think it would
  be cool to make a page on there but there are a few things stopping
  me (like, what would I even make a page about?).

- There was probably another thing but now it's really late and I need
  to sleeeeeeeep. Tomorrow is Friday, woo!
