      The server is running on "rophy" now, my Rust Gopher server.

      The  directory  structure  of  the  phlog has changed. Entries are
      grouped by year now. This  was  necessary  because  the  directory
      listing  has  become very long due to the long runtime (10+ years)
      of this phlog.
