Once they committed a crime in the U.S. or were proven to be a member of a
terrorist organization, their "right" to the court date in 2030 was revoked.

We need to stop thinking that illegals have rights in the U.S.  They don't. 
They may have privileges that we grant out of courtesy, but they have no
rights.
