I did visit their RW> RW>> offices after they moved to La Mesa? on University or EC Blvd. RW> TW> the only reason I knew about it is because during my First Enlistment RW> TW> I decided to get my 1st Class RadioTtelephone licence so I could get RW> TW> a job in that field after getting out. I got a chance to get into the RW> TW> Navy Submarine Nuclear Power Program and re-enlisted so that goal RW> TW> died. RW>Which of the two paid more on the outside, once you did get out? I never bothered to check as is my working life I was more interested in Personal Satisfaction than the money. And I got the Perfect Job for that when I did retire from the navy in 1971 by working at the local VA Medical Center in the Engineering Department. My responsibility was care and maintenance of Critical Care Patient Monitoring equipment. The Feeling of having done something significant is worth FAR more than money. --- þ SLMR 2.1a þ 0 * Origin: Fidonet Since 1991 bbs.docsnetservices.com (1:123/140) .
