I checked my BBBS file base, I have

bmail-1.2.tar.gz
             210704  256k    0 blueMail Offline Mail Reader 1.2 source files
bmail-1.4.tar.gz
             210704  265k    0 blueMail Offline Mail Reader 1.4 source files

You are free to FREQ or telnet for them
