Hey, I've got one of those too!  (In 56k, though.)  Here's a copy of that bit 
of my Binkley/Win32 .cfg file:

I think I use the TermInit string as the *init* string on the Radius machine 
downstairs.  (Bink is no longer connected to the modem.)
