Hello all!

Recently a discussion of tiered inbounds was initiated in
another echo.  This brings me to the question of when
binkleyterm squish etc. did actually begin supporting the
tiered outbounds, in binkley terminology unknown systems;
known systems; and secure systems, i.e. those with which you had established 
session passwords.

Anyone recall when this first appeared?
