Possibly BONK (DOS) or SOB (Son of Bonk), if I am remembering the utilities 
correctly.....  Bonk allowed for some cleanup of the outbound mail directories. 
 I'm not sure of all the options it allows with orphaned files....  It's been a 
while since I've used such a utility.

Yaboom also comes to mind, but I don't remember the details for that 
utility....
