      Title: Blueberry Oatmeal
 Categories: Five, Dairy, Grains, Fruits
      Yield: 2 servings
 
  1 3/4 c  Milk
      1 c  Quick-cooking oats
    1/8 ts Salt
    1/3 c  (packed) brown sugar
    1/2 ts Ground cinnamon
    3/4 c  Blueberries; thawed if
           - frozen
 
  In a small saucepan, bring milk to a boil. Stir in oats
  and salt. Cook over medium heat until thickened, 1-2
  minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in brown sugar and
  cinnamon. Divide between 2 serving bowls; top with
  blueberries.
