Hector -

Would it be possible to introduce the concept of allowing users to mark a
read message back as "Keep As New" ?  This would be helpful if you read a
message and then realize you may want to mark it back as unread and come
back to it later or if you accidentally forgot to open the message in SNOOP
mode ...

Just a quick thought :-)
